The bow is another pose that is practiced to make your back area strong and flexible. This bow pose also reduces the fat in your abdomen. You can use the crow pose to improve your joints and arm strength; this will give you more breathing capabilities. Then followed by hands to feet pose and the triangle, the pose requires your bodys strength and flexibility.
