The cobra pose is for women who suffer from menstrual problems. It stimulates the pelvic and lower abdomen area and improves the circulation and massages the internal organs. The locust pose on the other hand is used to strengthen the lower back. This pose is also used to prevent constipation.

The bow is another pose that is practiced to make your back area strong and flexible. This bow pose also reduces the fat in your abdomen. Furthering this yoga exercise you can try the half spinal twist pose for your spines. You can use the crow pose to improve your joints and arm strength; this will give you more breathing capabilities. Then followed by hands to feet pose and the triangle, the pose requires your body’s strength and flexibility. For the final pose perform the corpse pose to regain any energy that has been lost during these free yoga exercise. The corpse pose is also used to rest your body.
